Each day begins with soul-nourishing yoga and meditation overlooking the sea, drawing from the divine archetypes of the yogic goddesses—Durga, Lakshmi, Saraswati, Kali, Tara —awakening their unique energies within you. Through intentional movement, breath, and ritual, you’ll reconnect to your strength, grace, wisdom, and creative fire.

Afternoons are devoted to deep rest and curated experiences: luxurious massages, sacred ceremonies, and cultural immersions in the sunlit magic of Greece.

6 nights luxurious accommodations at Kea Retreat Center

"Located in Psathi Bay on the Greek island of Kea, Kea Retreat is tucked within a stoney mountain range and in front of a remote and pristine crystal blue water bay. 

Its beautiful landscape, bountiful farm, and traditional, stylish design, allows visitors to enjoy the silence and peace of nature and the passionate authenticity of the vibrant Greek culture. 

Kea Retreat was inspired by our love for Greek culture, which celebrates nature, food, and life, and meditative practices such as yoga and silence. 

Melding these worlds, Kea retreat offers its guests a sanctuary to rest, relax and reconnect with nature and their natural selves."

All meals (3 each day) are included and cooked by world class chefs who use only fresh produce from KEA's farm and the sea

Kayaks and snorkeling equipment are available to use freely to discover additional bays, caves and sea life

TRANSFERS

Transfers to and from the port of Kea to the retreat center

Travel Details:

It's simple!

Fly to Athens, Greece

Taxi to Lavrio Port (30 min)

Ferry to Kea (1 hour)

Kea Retreat Center will 

pick you up on arrival / drop you off on departure

REQUIREMENTS:

Valid passport required with at least 6 months from expiration date, no visa is required for less than 90 day stay

For your and group’s safety, you will be asked to sign a waiver before joining the retreat 

Please check for travel updates in all countries you will be traveling to / through / from 

Knowing your right to enter GREECE and return to your desired country, and your flights are your responsibility

It is highly recommended that you book flexible or refundable flights in case of any changes to your trip

Please ensure you have health, travel and cancellation insurance

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel, we will do our best to find a replacement for your retreat spot.
If a replacement is found, your payments will be refunded, less your deposit.
Otherwise, any money paid towards your retreat is non-refundable.
